Nicholas F. Beucher, III, Co-Chief Executive Officer, Tavistock Group

Mr. Nicholas F. Beucher, III, is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Tavistock Group and is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He works side-by-side with Co-Chief Executive Officer Josh Levy to lead the dedicated investment firm for an institutional single-family office.

Mr. Beucher has direct oversight of the firm's significant real estate portfolio, and he currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Tavistock Development Company, one of the most active development organizations in the southeast United States.

Ben Weaver, Chief Financial Officer, Tavistock Group

Mr. Ben Weaver is the Chief Financial Officer of Tavistock Group, a dedicated investment firm for an institutional single-family office. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and serves as a Senior Managing Director of the firm.

Mr. Weaver joined the Tavistock Group in early 2019 as Managing Director.

He has a broad range of experience including corporate governance, financial accounting, treasury management, operational and strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions.

S. Michele Adamo, Chief Revenue Officer, Tavistock U.S.

As chief revenue officer for Tavistock U.S., Michele Adamo leads the commercial strategy guiding some of the country’s most ambitious mixed-use, hospitality and lifestyle destinations. She oversees enterprise wide revenue performance, commercial systems, distribution, sales optimization and the evolution of digital and CRM platforms across Tavistock’s diverse portfolio, including Lake Nona, the reimagined Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale and a growing network of national and international hospitality assets.

Michele is known for bringing strategic clarity to complex environments, aligning revenue management, sales, marketing and customer experience into a cohesive commercial approach built to scale. She builds strong organizations through structure, talent development and data-informed performance management that strengthens competitiveness and long-term enterprise value.

Her approach pairs financial rigor with market insight, aligning strategy with brand and performance. She has led commercial transformation and brand growth, strengthening both places and teams.

Before joining Tavistock, Michele held senior global roles, including executive vice president of commercial and revenue strategies for Standard Hotels, as well as commercial leadership positions with Generator and Freehand Hotels, Friendwell Management and EOS Hospitality. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with Marriott International, Hilton and Starwood Hotels.

Michele also brings a longstanding commitment to community-centered development. Early in her career, she contributed to the Via Verde master planned community in the South Bronx and volunteered at Harlem House supporting teen mothers pursuing their GED.

She holds degrees from Duke University, Southern New Hampshire University and Georgetown University, with studies spanning finance, public administration, leadership and real estate development.

Jessi Blakley, APR, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Tavistock U.S.

As vice president of marketing and communications for Tavistock U.S., Jessi leads the strategy behind some of the most transformative and visionary communities in the country. She oversees integrated marketing, communications and strategic planning efforts across Tavistock's diverse portfolio, including Lake Nona and Sunbridge in Central Florida, the reimagining of Fort Lauderdale's Pier Sixty-Six and initiatives supporting Tavistock Group's broader business and global interests.

Jessi is known for crafting thoughtful, cross-channel strategies that drive both brand impact and business results. Her work spans industries including real estate, hospitality, corporate enterprise and sports, reflecting her deep experience in aligning brand storytelling with organizational growth. With more than two decades of accredited public relations and communications leadership, Jessi brings a steady, collaborative approach to complex challenges, from shaping brand identity to navigating high-stakes media environments.

Before joining Tavistock, Jessi managed media relations at CNN's global headquarters in Atlanta, GA during a time of major global events, an experience that sharpened her instincts for narrative, reputation and speed. She later provided senior-level counsel at Consensus Communications, advising Fortune 500 companies, national nonprofits and public agencies across sectors.

Jessi is deeply engaged in the community and currently serves on the boards of the Greater Orlando Sports Commission and The Christ School. She also contributes her time and expertise to organizations such as the American Heart Association, Orlando Economic Partnership and Visit Orlando. Her past service includes board and committee roles with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, East Orlando Chamber of Commerce and the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County, where she was a gubernatorial appointee.

Dan Byrnes, Chief Financial Officer, Tavistock Development Company

As Chief Financial Officer of Tavistock Development Company, Dan Byrnes oversees the investment strategy, underwriting and capital placement for real estate development projects, operating assets and other business verticals throughout the Tavistock portfolio, including the large-scale, master-planned communities of Lake Nona and Sunbridge in Central Florida and Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale.

In his role, Dan is responsible for managing several billion dollars in transaction volume, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and financing of real estate investments for Tavistock's diverse portfolio of assets that includes residential, commercial, hospitality, infrastructure and industrial projects.

Prior to joining Tavistock, Dan gained diverse experiences throughout his career, including the development of build-to-suit projects in Central Florida, financing investments across the southeast US, serving as part of the national distressed assets team for CapitalSource Bank, as well as consulting with a variety of companies such as DDR (now Site Centers, NYSE: SITE) and private equity firms.

He has served in a leadership capacity for multiple organizations, including the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and UF-FARE.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received an undergraduate degree in finance and a master's in real estate.

Michelle Rencoret, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Tavistock U.S.

Michelle Rencoret is senior vice president and general counsel at Tavistock U.S., where she leads the legal strategy across the firm's real estate portfolio. Since rejoining Tavistock in 2011, she has contributed to transformative developments, including Lake Nona, Sunbridge and the $1 billion redevelopment of Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale.

With over 20 years of experience in real estate law and development, Michelle manages legal frameworks for various large-scale projects, including more than 2.5 million square feet of commercial space, 1,500 multifamily units and nearly 600 hotel rooms. Her expertise ensures the seamless execution of complex transactions.

In addition to her legal leadership, Michelle is a dedicated mentor who champions professional growth and cultivates a vibrant, high-performing culture. Her guidance has helped shape the careers of numerous professionals who have advanced to leadership roles across a range of industries.

Michelle also leads Tavistock's Volunteer and Employee Engagement Committee, spearheading initiatives that have helped secure significant philanthropic support for organizations including the American Diabetes Association, Best Buddies and Ronald McDonald House Charities. Her passion for animal welfare is reflected in her family's rescue efforts and advocacy for groups like Best Friends Animal Society.

She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is fluent in Spanish and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1997.

Wes A. Smith, Vice President, People & Culture, Tavistock U.S. 

Wes Smith serves as Vice President of People & Culture for Tavistock U.S., where he leads the enterprise human capital strategy and oversees a modernized shared-services model that supports more than 2,200 employees across multiple states.

A seasoned human resources executive with more than two decades of experience, Wes is responsible for aligning talent, culture and organizational capabilities with Tavistock’s long-term vision for growth and performance. 

Throughout his tenure at Tavistock, Wes has advanced a people-first approach that strengthens leadership, enhances engagement and builds organizational resilience. He has expanded leadership development and succession planning, introduced data-driven talent systems and guided complex change initiatives across a diverse portfolio of businesses. Prior to joining Tavistock U.S., he held key leadership roles within Tavistock Restaurant Collection, where he built and led a high-performing HR team and delivered measurable gains in retention, workforce development and operational effectiveness. 

Wes’s broader career includes senior roles with Earl Enterprises, Margaritaville Management Group, O’Charley’s and other nationally recognized brands, where he led large-scale recruiting, training and organizational development programs across multi-unit operations.

His combined background in hospitality operations and enterprise HR enables him to translate strategy into action while driving a consistent, high-quality employee experience.

Gregory Specht, Chief Technology Officer, Tavistock U.S.

Gregory Specht is the Chief Technology Officer at Tavistock U.S., where he leads technology strategy and operations across a diverse portfolio of financial ventures, upscale hospitality assets—including luxury resorts, country clubs and restaurants—as well as large-scale real estate and master-planned development initiatives. With more than 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Gregory has held senior leadership roles spanning data center management, healthcare IT, network infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise digital transformation. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, simplifying complex technology environments and partnering closely with business leaders to deliver secure, resilient and scalable technology platforms. At Tavistock U.S., Gregory is responsible for the implementation and management of critical operational systems—both cloud-based and on-premises—to support the organization’s day-to-day needs. In addition, he is focused on modernizing infrastructure, strengthening cyber defense capabilities and responsibly integrating advanced AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
